After working for 17 years in Human Resources roles in organizations such as American International Group (AIG), Novartis and IHS, I decided to open up my own consultancy to provide the same support that I have been providing my clients over the years.  As a Human Resources professional, I have supported global teams and have worked in several countries.  HR business partners have a unique position of partnering with leaders in shaping team dynamics and impacting business results. Through this role, one gains broad “behind the scenes” visibility of an organization and directly influences the decisions on organizational structure, the dynamics within an organization and the behaviors.

Born and raised in New York City, I now live in the San Francisco Bay area.  I received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina.
